How To Order
Orders
- If you are a new customer or do not have a credit account, the easiest way to order is online using our secure payment system. You can create or buy an online account without registering with us. Alternatively, you can order and pay by phone. Please call us on 020 3006 2432. You can also email orders to orders@packagingenvironmental.co.uk and we can call you back to take payment.
Set Up A Credit Account
- If you want to order regularly, you can benefit from a credit limit. You will need to fill out an account form which you can download at the top of this page. We'll get back to you in a few days to let you know if you qualify for a credit account.
Online Accounts For Existing Customers
- If you already have a credit account and would like to order online, please contact us and we will set this up for you.
Regular & Bulk Order
- If you are looking to place one-off or regular bulk orders, please contact us for our bespoke pricing plans.
Wholesaler & Distributors
- If you are a wholesaler or retailer and would like to stock some or all of our products, please contact us. We can set up a bespoke structure for you, taking into account pricing, delivery and minimum order quantities.
Returns
- Of course, if we have delivered the incorrect items or arrive damaged, we will replace them or give a full refund. Please give us a call and we will sort this out. For more information, please visit our delivery and returns page
