Delivery & Returns

 

1. The current estimate for UK deliveries is 1-3 working days.

2. UK Mainland order deliveries are FREE for orders over £90 (excluding VAT). For all orders under £90, there is an £8.99 + VAT delivery charge.

3. Pallet delivery (2 weeks) is available for UK Mainland customers to select when ordering online at £45 per pallet. Orders over £500 qualify for free pallet delivery.

5. We provide a UK Mainland Saturday delivery service for £30. All orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 11 am on Friday before.

3. Please note we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland.

 

If you have ordered before our 12:00 cut-off. The 1st working day is tomorrow (Monday – Friday).

If you have ordered after our 12:00 cut-off then the working days begin the 1st working day after tomorrow (Monday – Friday).

Working day means Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.

 

If you receive the wrong product upon delivery, please contact our customer service team and we will gladly arrange to collect the product and have the correct product sent out to you.

 

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product then please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

If you have changed your mind regarding a purchase, then please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. If you contact us after this time we may not be able to accept the return.

Goods must be unopened - we cannot collect or refund products that have been opened because we will not be able to re-stock / re-sell them.

We can arrange for the collection but there will be a £15+ VAT collection charge for up to 10 boxes and £30+ VAT for more than 10 boxes – we will deduct this charge from your refund. Please note that even if we are delivering to you again there will still be a collection charge - collections and deliveries work separately with the courier we use (DPD). You can also arrange for the delivery of goods back to us using your own courier.
